  • Female 35-45
  • Fluent in English 
  • Must Have regional experience in HR opertaion 
  • Willing to travel overseas
  • Respondsible for the operation efficiency of the local HR function & supports regional HR manager & management 
  • Providing appropriate leadership to company HR operation team from Singapore, Malaysia & indonesia
  • Must have proven work experiences as an HR operation manager and able to manage a team efficiently 
  • Able to lead and ensure HR activities and policies are compliant with the local laws and regulations
  • Work closely with regional HR specialists to deliver HR startegic in talent management
