Male, max 50 yo, Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with a strong technical background.
Min. 10 years experience as a shipyard manager or other management level in a shipyard Environment.
Fluent in English is a Must.
Ability to understand and administer Classification guidelines & to apply continuous Improvement strategies across all functions.
Manage, lead and oversee team to all aspect of daily operations for all manufacturing function needed to support shipyard operations.
Develops department plans, apply knowledge of marine engineering principles as applicable to vessel design, Review & interpret Design.
Direct and coordinates shipyard operations within company policies and procedures.
Responsible for providing the quantity & quality of workers to meet schedule and budget. With assistance of Senior Manager, trains assigned Craft Supervisors.
Direct all phases of steel fabrication, assembly, piping fabrication and installation.
Colaborated with Management team to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
Advises Management Team regarding manning and expense goals and ensures efforts are made to meet budget projections.
Ensures product quality control goals are met and maintained for shipyard.
Ensures accurate, complete records are maintained.
Willing to be placed at Tj. Balai Karimun of Riau Island.
