Requirement
  • Male/Female, Bachelor degree in Law or related major, max 39 yo
  • Experience 5 years, minimum of 1-2 years at renowned legal consulting firm 
  • Demonstrates a broad array of legal skilss and competencies covering operational and corporate legal aspects
  • Valuable experience in areas such as manufacturing, automotive, intellectual property, human resources and retail, is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in project management, facilitating the effective handling of complex legal initiatives
  • Overseas daily legal activities, including contract management, NDAs and agreement drafting
  • Provide support to various business teams, including land acquisition, dealership, and infudtrial relation
  • Manage legal administrative tasks such as power of attorney, permits, and intellectual property support
  • Ensure compliance and offer legal opinions, advices, and memoranda to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on regulations, summarize laws, and lead efforts in obtaining necessary licenses and protecting company IPs adn trademarks
